STAND! would like to congratulate Cheryl O'Connor, Chair of our Board of Directors, who will soon be inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation 2016 Hall of Fame. Cheryl is the Executive Director of Home Aid Northern California, a non-profit provider of housing that lists domestic violence survivors as one of its many causes served. In 2012, Cheryl led a collaboration between Home Aid and DeNova Homes to renovate the interior and exterior of STAND!'s Rollie Mullen Center, a 24-bed emergency shelter and transitional housing facility for women and children escaping abuse.
