STAND! is a dynamic organization serving the community of Contra Costa County. The individuals we employ are committed to making a difference in the lives of the families we serve.
Employees of STAND! have the opportunity to provide direct or indirect services to the community to end domestic violence and child abuse. Services are provided from of our locations in Concord, Richmond, Antioch and Bay Point, and throughout the county. The ideal candidate for any position at STAND! For Families Free of Violence will be a good team player, resourceful, dependable, ethical, and resilient. This candidate will also be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate initiative, good judgment and passion for working with families.
To provide our comprehensive array of services to the community we are looking for leaders, who want to contribute to and support our vision, from entry level to experienced, in a variety of disciplines.

Many jobs require driving and therefore a clean drivers’ license, auto insurance, and access to a car are necessary. MVR's are run prior to hire, and periodically thereafter.
Continued employment with STAND! is contingent upon successful completion of our mission - related required training.
